La especialista denuncia una preocupante\u00a0<strong>desinversi\u00f3n<\/strong>\u00a0que afecta la implementaci\u00f3n de la Ley Nacional de Salud Mental, dificultando la creaci\u00f3n de dispositivos comunitarios que reemplacen a los antiguos manicomios.
