Un punto cr\u00edtico fue la subdivisi\u00f3n de un predio de\u00a0<strong>80 hect\u00e1reas<\/strong>, proyecto ante el cual la oposici\u00f3n se abstuvo por la\u00a0<strong>escasez de servicios b\u00e1sicos<\/strong>\u00a0y la falta de un plan de\u00a0<strong>ordenamiento territorial<\/strong>. Asimismo, el edil present\u00f3 iniciativas para conmemorar el\u00a0<strong>50 aniversario del golpe militar<\/strong>, proponiendo capacitaciones obligatorias en\u00a0<strong>derechos humanos<\/strong>\u00a0para funcionarios locales. La charla tambi\u00e9n destaca la proyecci\u00f3n del documental\u00a0<strong>&#8220;Tiempos Circulares&#8221;<\/strong>, que contar\u00e1 con la participaci\u00f3n de\u00a0<strong>Mart\u00edn Fresneda<\/strong>.
